Nintendo Direct Mini Reveals Major Third-Party Titles, Including Persona Games on Switch

Over 25 minutes of new footage, including a surprise announcement of three Persona titles heading to the Nintendo Switch later this year.

Nintendo’s popular Direct live-streams, which have been a staple of the company’s announcements since 2011, continue to be a vital way to showcase both first-party and third-party games. During today’s Nintendo Direct Mini, over 25 minutes of new gameplay footage was unveiled, offering a closer look at several upcoming third-party titles, including the highly anticipated Persona series coming to the Nintendo Switch.

In a surprising turn, Nintendo announced that three Persona titles will make their way to the Switch later this year, much to the excitement of RPG fans. Additionally, a demo for the upcoming game Live A Live is now available for free on the Nintendo eShop, allowing players to dive into the game immediately after the event concluded.

These Nintendo Direct Mini showcases are always a great way to get a sense of the company’s priorities, and with more content coming to the Switch, fans have plenty to look forward to.
