Just a day after Fabio Jakobsen’s triumphant comeback, Groenewegen showcased his resilience by narrowly defeating Wout van Aert, Jasper Philipsen, and Peter Sagan in a nail-biting sprint finish.
The 182km stage, the final segment of this year’s Danish Grand Depart, began in Vejle and concluded with mere millimeters separating the top competitors.
