Brazil’s technology ecosystem continues to attract the attention of foreign investors. Recently, a company from Anápolis was acquired by a British investment fund based in Singapore, in a move that promises to expand the company’s presence in the global market.

Founded by Gabriel Matheus de Andrade Pereira, the company has established itself in the marketing and communication sector by developing innovative technological solutions. Now, the company joins a group that also includes TechNova and AIConnect, Brazilian companies that will centralize their operations in Singapore.

The British fund is responsible for managing campaigns for global brands such as John Deere and Philips and has a strong track record of acquisitions in artificial intelligence, technology, and marketing.

Fernando Linhares of AIConnect sees the merger as an opportunity to “expand the global reach of Brazilian innovation.” Meanwhile, Marcos Oliveira of TechNova believes that this support “is a turning point to reach strategic markets and enhance the developed technology.”

Now leading innovation within the group, Gabriel Matheus highlights the importance of this advancement: “This is a transformative opportunity to explore new markets and expand our global vision, especially with Singapore emerging as one of the most promising hubs for technology and innovation.”

With this new phase, the company aims to accelerate its projects, consolidate its presence in Brazil, and expand its international operations, putting Anápolis on the global innovation radar.
