Scotland Call Up Lawrence Shankland for Spain Clash After Che Adams Injury

Hearts Striker Replaces Adams in Squad for Euro 2024 Qualifier

Scotland have added Hearts striker Lawrence Shankland to their squad for the upcoming Euro 2024 qualifier against Spain on Tuesday. Shankland, who has netted 21 goals across all competitions this season, replaces Che Adams, who has been ruled out after suffering a calf injury during Saturday’s 3-0 victory over Cyprus. Additionally, Anthony Ralston has withdrawn from the squad. Shankland has previously earned four caps for Scotland, scoring once, though his last appearance for the national team was in 2020.
