Meghan Markle Unveils New Netflix Lifestyle Series, Premiering in January

The Duchess of Sussex’s Show Will Focus on Personal Insights, Conversations, and Creative Pursuits

Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, is set to return to Netflix with her own reality series, With Love, Meghan. This exciting new lifestyle programme, which will premiere on January 15, blends a mix of hands-on activities, personal reflections, and candid discussions with friends, both old and new. According to Netflix, the show promises to “reimagine lifestyle programming,” where Meghan shares her personal tips, embracing fun and imperfection, while offering creative solutions for everyday beauty and joy.

In With Love, Meghan, the Duchess rolls up her sleeves alongside guests like acclaimed chef Roy Choi, actor and comedian Mindy Kaling, and renowned restaurateur Alice Waters, as they cook, garden, and engage in other practical activities. The series aims to inspire viewers to embrace the simple pleasures in life, with Meghan’s voiceover saying, “We’re not in the pursuit of perfection, we’re in the pursuit of joy. Love is in the details.”

The announcement of the series coincides with Meghan’s return to Instagram, which marks the beginning of a new chapter for her after a quieter 2024. Her first post of 2025 was a video filmed by her husband, Prince Harry, showing her running barefoot along a beach near their home in Montecito, California. In the video, Meghan traces “2025” in the sand, symbolising a fresh start.

This new series marks an important milestone for Meghan, especially following the release of Harry & Meghan in December 2022, which attracted over 2.4 million viewers on its first day. Although Meghan’s lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, was launched in March 2024, it is still facing challenges, including issues with trademarking her products, which have delayed its commercial launch.

The new series will also come at a pivotal moment for both Meghan and Harry, as they look to rekindle their influence in Hollywood. Their multimillion-dollar deal with Netflix is set to expire in 2025, with some of their recent projects, such as the docuseries Polo, receiving mixed reviews.
