The photo, taken from a video released last September, shows the pair sitting together in a woodland area, dressed casually in shorts, trainers, and polo shirts. Their relationship, spanning more than two decades, began at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, where they first formed a friendship before their romance blossomed.
