A magnificent Georgian townhouse in central London is being offered as the grand prize in the latest Omaze Million Pound House Draw, with proceeds supporting The King’s Trust.
The lucky winner will receive the keys to a beautifully designed, fully furnished, five-storey property in Borough, complete with four bedrooms and breathtaking views of The Shard. The prize also includes £250,000 in cash, along with all stamp duty and legal fees covered.
With a rich history linked to the former Anchor Brewery, the home retains its period charm, featuring a vintage Take Courage ghost sign on its brick exterior. Inside, the property boasts a bespoke kitchen fitted with premium appliances, a spacious lounge, an elegant reception area, and a sunlit extension.
Beyond the interiors, the townhouse offers an award-winning garden, designed by Chelsea Flower Show Gold medallists. It includes lush greenery, a serene canopy, and a fragrant herb garden, creating an oasis in the heart of London.
This marks Omaze’s second collaboration with The King’s Trust, an organisation dedicated to supporting disadvantaged young people by providing training, education, employment opportunities, and business funding. Their previous partnership in 2021 raised £500,000.
