Prince William Set to Inherit £1bn Duchy of Cornwall

As Heir Apparent, William Becomes One of the UK’s Largest Landowners

Following the death of Queen Elizabeth II, Prince William has ascended to the title of Prince of Wales and is now set to inherit the £1 billion Duchy of Cornwall. The Duchy, which has supported the heir to the throne for over 50 years, spans 52,000 hectares (128,000 acres) and makes William one of the largest landowners in the UK. As the new Duke of Cornwall, he will continue the financial legacy of the estate, which has been a key source of income for his father, King Charles, for decades.
